My excuse for baking this weekend has been the awful weather. Being not only a food lover, but a music lover just as much, my baking routine always starts with the creation of a new play list. This weekends 'Baking Playlist' consists of only three artists. Angus and Julia Stone, Gotye and Bob Dylan.
Now if you can tell me a better way to bake than watching the rain fall, whilst listening to the blissful tunes of those talented musicians, then I will gladly give it a whirl!
