The LBD ain't what it used to be. Luxurious shades of blue are giving black a run for its money this winter, braving the cold with warmth and guaranteed sophistication. Classic navy teamed with black; or bold Monaco blue (this shade falls halfway between cobalt and navy) teamed with white linen or a pop of colour are winners in my books. You can be sure to see this trend also filtering into the home with accent pieces, walls, tableware and soft furnishings also taking on the dark blue hues.
